She guided you through the entire 5 minutes. (If you don’t like this one, search google or YouTube and find one you like.)
I like this one because she allows time to repeat the affirmation silently or aloud and it is only 5 minutes. 
Remember just 1% improvement each day. And making it satisfying to build this habit. Give yourself a star or a sticker on the calendar… get your streak started.😍
