Cultivate Rest and Play

Perfect timing!!! You have Monday off! Make is count for Rest and Play. Many times we get an opportunity to rest and play and we race on like crazy people. Make time today to play…laugh, move, have fun! Then give yourself some time to rest and just be…enjoy the minutes of stillness.


Today, Douglas and I are headed to Springs of Hope Kenya with 3 of our friends. We have rest and play planned for our time away. 


This is my prayer each day: 

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”
