March 14: EVERY TIME WE SEE PEOPLE AS ORDINARY, WE TURN THE WINE BACK INTO WATER.
Affirmation: Asking for help is a gift to myself and others.
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”Matthew 7:7-8 NIV

Wholehearted Guidepost from Brené Brown Cultivate Sel-Compassion and a Resilient Spirit. Let Go of Perfectionism, Numbing and Powerlessness.
This Lesson's Intentions
"I will talk to myself the same way I talk to the people I love."
"I will stay mindful of numbing. I will remember that when I 'take the edge off' pain or stress, I take away my own joy. We can't selectively numb emotion, and I want more joy, meaning and purpose."

Mastering the 7 Decisions from Andy Andrews
The Guided Decision
I will seek wisdom
Sometimes the questions are complicated, but the answers are simple.
Knowing that wisdom waits to be gathered, I will actively search her out. My past can never be changed, but I can change the future by changing my actions today. I will change my actions today! I will train my eyes and ears to read and listen to books and recordings that bring about positive changes in my personal relationships and a greater understanding of my fellow man.
