May 15: WE SPEND A LOT OF TIME REMEMBERING FAILURES
Affirmation: It’s OK not to be OK. I allow myself to feel what I feel.
I suggest that you add journaling to your daily habits. Studies indicate that when you write ✍️ it down, it is much easier to move forward. You can use your journal as your to do list and just jot down what you are feeling. Some days my journal entry is short, other days it my be longer. Just make it your own.
